Reference law
These General Conditions for the use of the Site are governed by Italian law.
Any declaration of invalidity or non-applicability of one or more clauses of these Conditions shall not invalidate the others. In the event that the replacement of the expired clauses significantly changes the substance of the Conditions, users will be duly notified.
In the event that any part of these General Conditions is declared null and void or not applicable under Italian law, the valid or unenforceable provisions are deemed to be replaced by valid and enforceable provisions which are the best approximation of the intention of the original clause, while the other terms of these Conditions remain in force and fully effective.

The following provides the necessary information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information of which Tanzania Emotion Safaris LTD will come into possession, for the purposes of the protection of individuals and other subjects regarding the processing of Personal Data.

The provision of Personal Data, yours and/or other subjects such as family members or other travel companions, whose transmission you are responsible for, used for the purpose and for the purpose of what is expressed in the following points, is optional:
